1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the services of Single Ride Cabs, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use our services. We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice.

2. Booking Confirmation

A booking is considered confirmed only after we receive all required details, including pickup location, drop location, journey date and time, passenger name, and contact number.

Confirmation will be provided via phone call, SMS, or WhatsApp. We reserve the right to cancel any booking due to unforeseen circumstances. If cancelled by us, any advance payment will be refunded in full.

3. Fare & Payment

Fares are calculated on a per-kilometre basis depending on the selected vehicle type and trip type (One Way or Round Trip).

• The quoted fare is an estimate and may vary slightly depending on the actual route taken.
• Toll charges, parking fees, and driver beta (night allowance) are extra unless otherwise specified.
• Payments can be made through Cash, UPI, Bank Transfer, or Card.

4. Cancellation Policy

• Free cancellation up to 4 hours before scheduled pickup.
• 50% cancellation charge for cancellations made between 2–4 hours before pickup.
• 100% charge for cancellations made within 2 hours of pickup.
• No-show without prior communication will be charged the full trip amount.
• If the driver is delayed by more than 30 minutes, cancellation will be free of charge.

5. Waiting Time

A complimentary waiting period of 30 minutes is provided from the scheduled pickup time.

• Additional waiting charge: ₹100 per hour.
• Airport pickups include extra waiting time based on flight arrival status.

6. Driver Conduct

All our drivers are professionally trained, verified, and courteous. If you experience any issues regarding driver behaviour, please contact us immediately. Every complaint is taken seriously and appropriate action will be taken.

7. Luggage & Passenger Responsibility

• Passengers are responsible for their own luggage and personal belongings.
• Single Ride Cabs is not responsible for any loss, theft, or damage to personal belongings.
• Please ensure you collect all your belongings before leaving the vehicle.

8. Vehicle Usage

• Smoking inside the vehicle is strictly prohibited.
• Consumption of alcohol or prohibited substances is not allowed.
• Passengers must not damage the vehicle.
• Any damage caused by passengers will be recovered accordingly.
• Passengers must comply with all applicable traffic and safety regulations.

9. Limitation of Liability

Single Ride Cabs shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from delays caused by traffic congestion, adverse weather, roadblocks, vehicle breakdowns, or any circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

While we strive to provide timely and reliable transportation, we cannot guarantee exact pickup or arrival times.

10. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Tamil Nadu.
